[JUMPING OFF THE HAMSTER WHEEL]
Last week we left our “normal” house to live in a home-on-wheels we named Dylan. (Dylan happens to be the boy name that we chose for a baby and never got to use because we had two girls.) Dylan is an RV; a 2003 Class-A Winnebago Sightseer to be more specific. I wonder why we have never named our homes before? We have lived in twenty different homes and I have never thought to name any of them.
We are setting out on a new life adventure; one that is OUTSIDE of societal constructs and we have NO idea what we are doing! What does life look like with such freedom? How does it feel to live with intention? We have put ourselves in a beautiful situation to eliminate “What do I HAVE to do?” and replace that with “What do I WANT to do?
It all started several years ago, when we discovered that being a human being is way more miraculous than we have been taught. So we spent many hours learning more about our minds, our bodies and our souls and how to be human and even why we are humans. Then in 2018, we started focusing on how we want to FEEL in every moment. Setting off to achieve our highest happiness opened up so many new paths – ones that we could have never imagined for ourselves. Can’t wait to share some of these stories with you!
No matter where we are or who we talk to, the subject is relatively the same these days. Why are we here? How do we connect to ourselves or others? Can we find happiness and health? What is the real point to all of this? The answers to these resounding questions lie within this one massively stacked question:
If you were free to be whomever you truly are, what would that feel like?
So, we wanted to change it all so moving our entire life into an RV seemed the right option for us and so far, it has felt amazingly perfect! We have never even camped before let alone spent time in such a tiny living space! It feels like we are living in a sit-com as we figure it out little by little…so many pics and videos to share, guys! Living in a large home, working to pay a ton of bills no longer serves us. Period. We have made the huge decision to replace what’s not working with something new. We made a great big change and plan to make a lot more on this RV adventure.
If we could fit you all into our RV and take you with us, we would – it’s more fun learning and creating together, right? Instead, follow us on social media and stay tuned on ways we can learn and co-create as a team. There is power in numbers and we have some very important work to do as a collective. We can help ourselves and we can help one another. It’s time for all of us to show up together and to be real in every moment.
Gotta go! Time to get ready for candy bar bingo with Yogi Bear.
