As a baby, living above his grandfather's record store, Fresh has always been surrounded by music. Although familiar with all music genres, House music remains his first choice. In his earlier years, Fresh spent most nights dancing at his favorite clubs in both New York and Philadelphia. This led to him creating his own House mixes which have been played in a number of venues on the East coast.

Fresh's House music inspiration is called Sounds Evolution. Every record has been written with a specific hertz. The music translates to an energetic frequency, targeting each chakra point on the human body.
